Join me by the beautiful Costa Rican sea for yoga, healing sound vibrations, and an exploration of the elements. Imagine yourself relaxed, vibrant, and moving with the flow of nature as we practice and heal together. Each day will be themed around one of the elements of Fire, Earth, Air, and Water. We will wake up with a morning meditation and pranayama practice and enjoy mid morning yoga asana, freshly prepared meals, sunset meditation, and evening gentle yoga and workshops. Classes and workshops will include sound meditation with singing bowls, chimes, and tuning forks. There will be plenty of free time to relax at the beach, pool, and add a private treatment or excursion. Come and be nourished by the ocean, jungle, like-minded community, and the opportunity to deeply rest and recalibrate your vibrations.

Your experience will include:

• Daily yoga, meditation, and breath practice

• Sound therapy with singing bowls and tuning forks

• Guest workshop with energy healer Austin Vryhof

• Waterfall hike

• 5 nights accommodation in a beautiful bungalow by the beach
